Right-of-Way Work

Right-of-Way Excavation in Central Oregon

Excavation, trenching, grading, backfill, and restoration within approved corridors and work areas.

Right-of-way work involves excavation within an approved corridor or defined work area. Frey Excavation can support contractors, property owners, and project teams with utility trenching, appropriate clearing, grading, material handling, backfill, compaction, and access restoration.

Drainage and culvert coordination may also be included when it is part of the project. Scope depends on the project plans, identified utility locations, site access, jurisdictional requirements, and approvals provided by the responsible party.

When vegetation, stumps, or roots must be removed to open an approved corridor before excavation, Land Clearing and Lot Clearing may be part of the broader project sequence.
